Tub Shipping Information

Tubs are shipped via a freight company. Cast Iron Clawfoot tubs weigh approximately 275 to 375 lbs. and acrylic tubs are weighing approximately 100 to 250 lbs.

The delivery of your tub from the freight carrier is called "Curb Side Delivery". As long as the freight truck can come down your street, they will drive up to the curb and it will be your responsibility to unload the tub. You will need to have approx. 3 people unload the tub from the freight truck. The tub will not be unloaded or setup by the freight company at your building site. This is the customers responsibility to arrange unloading and setup of the tub.

If you would like a lift gate. You will need to request this type of service.

We will request that the freight company give 24 hours notice to arrange delivery with you.

We recommend that the crate be inspected upon delivery before signing the bill of lading. We also recommend that you sign on the bill of lading that you have not inspected the merchandise. Inspect the tub as soon as you can to make sure that there is no freight damage. If you see damage, refuse the delivery and call us immediately, 888-445-2284.
